How to compare two listings

Age, limit, price, and open slots are the useful columns. A quoted point gain is not.

Put two cards next to each other and read them in the same order.

  1. Age. A longer history is the usual reason people buy a seasoned line. Confirm the age is the age of the account, not the age of the company selling it.
  2. Limit. A higher limit can change utilization math, and it usually costs more. Match it to the balances already on the file.
  3. Price and slots. A cheap line with no remaining slots is not an offer. The open count on the card is the inventory.
  4. Reporting window. The nearer window is not always the better buy if the age and limit are thin.

Ignore a seller who leads with a guaranteed point increase. Scoring models are private. The honest listing describes the account.

When you are ready, add the line to the cart. The receipt keeps the description you purchased.
