Questions

These answers cover the catalog, the order, and what we do not collect. They are a guide to this shop, not advice about a particular credit file.

If you are comparing sellers, ask for a written agreement, a refund rule, and a description of the account. A promised point increase is a number the seller cannot know, because scoring models are not public.

What is an authorized-user tradeline?

It is a placement on someone else’s existing card account. When the issuer reports the account, its age, limit, and payment history can appear on the authorized user’s credit file.

Do I receive a card?

No. You are added as an authorized user for reporting. You do not get a card to spend with, and you are not opening a new account in your own name.

How fast does a line post?

Most buyers plan around the issuer’s next reporting cycle. The listing should show that window. Some files update a few days later, and a few take longer than the first expected date.

Will this raise my credit score?

No specific score is promised. A seasoned account can change the age and utilization a model sees. Recent negative items can matter more than a new line.

What do you need from me?

Your name, email, an optional phone number, and a password. Not a Social Security number, a date of birth, a bureau login, or an identity document.

Can I cancel?

You can request cancellation before fulfillment is confirmed, while that option is on. The request is reviewed. A live card refund goes back through the original payment provider.

Can my company supply lines?

Yes. Use Credit Vendors Signup and describe the ages, limits, and banks you can offer. Leave out card numbers and account logins. We review the signup before anything is listed.

Where do I see my order?

Sign in and open Your portal. Orders, receipts, and support for your account are in that one place.
