This policy describes what Tradeline Assist stores when you use the site.
Account information
We collect a first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, and a password. We store order snapshots, support messages, and files you attach to a ticket.
What we do not collect
We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, credit-bureau credentials, bank logins, or identity documents. Do not send them.
Payments
Card numbers are not stored by this application. Stripe, PayPal, and Square host their own checkout pages. Google Pay, when it is enabled, is offered on the processor’s page.
Messages
Contact forms and vendor signups are stored so the team can reply. You can ask us to close a support ticket from your portal.
Cookies
The site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to hold your cart.
