These terms cover orders placed on Tradeline Assist.
The service
An order is for a limited authorized-user placement slot. The price, name, and description stored on the order remain the record of what you bought, even if the public listing changes later.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password on your account. Staff will not ask you to send a bureau login or a card number by email.
Payment
A completed card payment is confirmed when the payment provider notifies us and the amount and currency match the order. Opening the return page in your browser is not itself a payment.
Results
A placement describes an existing account. It is not a promise of a credit score, a loan approval, or a specific change on a credit file.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests are available before fulfillment when that setting is on. Approval and any refund follow the refund policy.
