Read this before you request a cancellation.
Before fulfillment
You may request cancellation before fulfillment is confirmed, when that option is enabled. Sending the request does not itself refund money. The team reviews it and records the decision on the order.
After a card payment
A refund of a live payment is sent through the original provider, Stripe, PayPal, or Square. It is recorded here only after that provider accepts it.
After fulfillment
Once fulfillment is confirmed, the placement has been submitted toward the issuer’s reporting window. Refunds after that point follow the note on your order and this policy, and they are not automatic.
What a refund is not
A refund is a return of the fee for the slot. It is not a promise to alter a credit file.
