An order has three parts you can see, and a reporting window you can plan around.
1. Choose a line
Open the catalog and compare the posted age, the limit band, the price, and how many slots are left. The card is the offer. If a detail is missing, ask before you check out.
2. Create your account
We ask for your name, email, an optional phone number, and a password. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, a bureau password, or a copy of an identity document in this form.
3. Check out
Accept the terms. The price and description are copied onto the order, so a later edit to the listing does not rewrite what you bought. Pay with the gateway the shop has turned on. Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Google Pay are available to the admin when those accounts are connected.
4. Watch the status
Your portal shows the order as it moves through review and fulfillment. Notes written for you appear on the same page. Support messages stay on that order instead of in a separate inbox you have to hunt for.
5. Reporting window
The issuer reports on its own calendar. Most buyers plan around the next statement cycle. The listing should tell you the window before you pay. Posting can take longer than the first expected date, and a purchase is the purchase of the placement, not a promise of a particular score.
6. Cancellation
You can request cancellation before fulfillment is confirmed, while that option is on. A request is reviewed. It is not an automatic refund. Refunds follow the refund policy and, when a card was charged, the original payment provider.
